Is there any way that a dumb normy like me (who knows nothing about “myspleen” and the likes), can easily obtain whatever copy of ATTACK OF THE CLONES and THE PHANTOM MENACE have the Hard-coded subtitles on it?

Preferably in a small (aka: less than 10 GB), easy to download, MP4 file?
I’m not looking for a quality picture, (720p will suit me just fine,) I just want to have EP I and EP II, in MP4, with Hardcoded subtitles for the alien speech.
