Nah, not at all. In fact, all the DVD releases are the redubs. So you should probably rely on international VHS releases and TV airings. I heard Pingu got 3 LaserDisc volumes in Japan. Canada had the entire unedited first season on VHS. BBC still broadcasts (at least I THINK) the original dubs.
