Does anyone have these SW Plex / Media Covers in a size that would fit a Blu-Ray case?

I really like these and wanted to print them out for Blu-Ray cases, but I’m not sure if there’s a fitting size.

RedHeadJedi is on reddit quite a bit, and is a very helpful and talented guy. It is worth asking him if he has already done this, or to ask how easy it would be to resize them to fit a bluray front cover?
