Are there any projects which are restoring the Deleted scenes and/or implementing them into the movies?
I saw a Jaws Blu Ray Documentary of how they restored Jaws and removed all the grain. Would this be possible for the Deleted scenes of the Original Trilogy?

There will be two versions of that, Original and Special Edition.
Using the ROTJ Grindhouse as a base would result in similar quality for the film and deleted scenes.
The Darklighter Cut (Biggs Edit) was particularly well done I thought.
