I would say to cut the blood from the beginning scene, the scene where Kylo is shot and bleeding out in the forest while punching the wound, and shorten or reframe the shot of Han’s final moments with Kylo. Most the film should be ok, at least here in the U.S. If damn it bothers you, go a head and wipe it.
As for the 2nd movie. Recut, or reframe Snokes final moments with Kylo. Cut Kylo’s nipples.
3rd movie i think is mostly harmless.
