I will confess that I thought so too. My reasoning for the colour was because of the fact the scene is meant to be glum and on a rainy day. The noise is - I assume - worse than intended due to google drive compression.
Alas, there will be tweaking if I keep working on it.
PS. I have indeed noticed that all my edits are too damned dark and grainy. That I should work on.
