I recently heard that Hollywood has investigated the problems of the past and has a "system" it plans to use to boost movie sales.

1. Make better quality movies.
2. Make more movies. (This seems to fly in the face of # 1. More usually means less quality.)
3. Make lower-budget movies (again, this completely contradicts #1.)

There were a couple other ways, but I cannot think of what they were.
