Mask in a few of the clone troopers and have them aim their firearms at the younglings instead of Anakin/Vader murdering them in the Temple purge scene.

I actually had a similar idea: Have an audio clip of him saying “I’ve found them” before clone troopers walk in, indicating that, even though he didn’t kill them, he sold them out.

Are there any AOTC edits that remove all references to Anakin and Padmé already knowing each other?

On the topic of connecting TPM to AOTC, maybe try replacing the name “Syfo Dias” with Qui-Gon, since they’re both friends of Dooku and both died around the same time.

I’m still of the opinion that Dooku in Episode I should already be a villain to give the trilogy a unifying villain other than Palpatine.

On that note, I’m actually thinking about making an edit that removes all references to the Phantom Menace, so that the trilogy will be Attack of the Clones, Tartakovsky Clone Wars, Revenge of the Sith.

Tartakovsky Clone Wars will stand out like a sore thumb, though.

Regardless of the art form, Tartakovdky’s The Clone Wars functions as the perfect middle chapter. I wish it was made as “the episode 2” of the prequels.

It’s not just the art. Everything about how it’s written is drastically different. It’s like putting Caravan of Courage in the OT.

I would definitely watch an edit of those Ewok movies + ROTJ!

So today I started messing around with adding more color to ROTS. TCW Season 7 has a really great palette and I wanted to try replicating that in the movie. For what it’s worth ROTS is better than most blockbuster in color filtering, but I have noticed a faint blue/green hue over the movie. So the plan is to add some reds and contrast while not oversaturating everyone’s face into ugliness 😃

I was shocked by how effective it was. This is all done with one curves setup, so I’m really excited to see what I can get if I break it down scene by scene.

I think adding extra color and contrast makes the movie look so much more dynamic and interesting.

I hate to be such a downer, but your color grade is a massive step down from the original.

Id enjoy seeing an R rated Star Wars. Itd be a pain with all the blood simulation but i think id be pretty cool. As a kid i always liked the blood in ANH and wondered why they did away with it in the other movies. Corridor crew did some small quick vids but they were more on the ridiculous side. I later understood that the wounds were being cauterized but still. I miss the bombastic squids used in the 80’s like in Robocop haha

However, we have to be honest, the SW community is extremely immature and conservative about sexual material, so it would be negatively received (in public) and get a lot of spiteful attempts to stop it.

Too bad, there’s enough source material out there to make it work…maybe I should take another crack at it.

Haha well i wasn’t going quiet that far. Im pretty sure theres a Star Wars porn you could use if you wanted though lol I was just thinking blood

I think it may be possible to rework some of this footage to “across the stars”. Though i think id still try and keep the nipples out of it.
Adding more intimacy isn’t a bad idea though

I think if you reworked the scenes so this happens after there kiss by the lake (cutting her stopping the kiss). Then maybe keep some of the later scene by the fire where she points out that they can’t go down that path
