If you wanted to be more conservative, you could just cut the scene with Lando, going from running from the Trooper Lando would have shot, to them stealing the speeders. There isn’t a lot of new information in that scene, other than explaining why Lando is there. Rey already knew Luke was tracking Ochi to Pasaana, how much more she knows from his journals is up to interpretation.
Yeah, I just found there were too many coincidences so removing Lando and Ochi at that point makes it feel a little more accidental and poignant when Rey sees ochis ship
That’s fair. I just already cut out 13 minutes from that movie, haha. Including her destroying Kylo’s TIE on Pasaana (since it’s a major continuity error).
