I think I’m a little too late, but I was thinking about (don’t know if anyone else had that idea) if there was some way to make Rey’s Parents be Sith Cultists.
Hear me out:

Rey’s parents being Sith Cultists would make them still nobodies, with Rey being born to work for the Sith Fleet would make her just one in a billion, but she being the only one to be born with the Force in Exegol could explain her being so powerful or something like that, and also would tier her to something bigger and sinister, because Palpatine could look to her as the perfect vessel for his spirit/apprentice to continue the Sith.
Her parent’s could betray Palpatine and leave with little Rey as soon as they discover her power to protect her as a act of love (Star Wars is all about love after all).

And instead of the “You’re a Palpatine” reveal, Kylo could explain “Your parents were sith cultists, only you, born in a million, the only one who could stand against Palpatine, he wants to kill because of your power, he fears you” or some dark side thing like that. And at the end we could learn Palpatine doesn’t want her dead and blablabla.
