I am guessing that your rip is in Mkv format, so you likely want to use MKVToolNix to separate the video and audio files. Watch video
once you have the audio file you should be able to clean it up. with an audio editor, I like Audacity. video how to remove noise in Audacity

You would then use MKVToolNix to combine the video and audio in one file. If you need to transcode between file formats I would use ether HandBrake or Xmedia Recode
