I’m not sure I understand, if you want to move the effects from one project to another, you don’t have to create a LUT, you can simply copy and paste them. You can also create a preset.

However, if you want to use the same color adjustments in another software, you’ll have to use a LUT.
You can easily export a LUT in Premiere Pro by clicking on the hamburger icon in the Lumetri Panel, and clicking on “Export .cube”, but I believe this will only export the adjustments made in the Lumetri Color effect, so that’s not enough in this case.
I used a different technique which takes into account all the color adjustments, it’s more complicated but I can explain it if that’s what you’re trying to do.
