You can store all the color adjustments in a Look-Up Table, it simply contains the original colors and the new colors.
It can be used with the Lumetri Color Effect in two ways:

In the Basic Correction tab, select the Input LUT dropdown menu, click on Browse… and select the LUT
In the Creative tab, select the Look dropdown menu, click on Browse… and select the LUT

The original Luke shot gets brighter over time, it’s noticeable if you compare the first shot to the beginning of the second shot, or the beginning of the second shot to its end.
