Enjoyed seasons 1-6 greatly and honestly I still like the overall narrative and all but 3 character arcs for the penultimate and final seasons (Little Finger, Tyrion, and Varys were wasted potential). It all could’ve been better (or just not done at all in the case of the "Behind the Wall episode), but I wouldn’t really be into an edit that changes anything radically.
What I’d want is something that’s lke what I saw but much shorter in length for a casual revisit every couple of yrs down the line. I’m not a fan of the books. I’ve read the first 2 but I don’t like the writing style and instead prefer the show. Ive seen some shorter edit ideas and they talk about cutting the gratuitous sex and brutal violence but I like all that stuff. I just want a leaner revisit.
