That’s a fabulous idea, very FX heavy though so that’s an obstical.
Right?? I’m still considering doing it. However, there’s those 3 alternatives that might make things simpler.
- Full flashback (interruption): Rey/Leia discuss Luke’s death
- Quick flashback (no interruption): Leia’s hand on Rey’s as she holds the pieces of the saber
- No flashback: cut directly to Rey folding the cloth over the pieces. We don’t actually see them.
