I hate how Disney has brought back the aversion to showing civilians or talking about their perspectives

Rogue One and Solo - both Lucasfilm releases under the Disney ownership era - seem to have scenes where the general public are being oppressed by the Empire - where the thoughts of those experiencing and viewing what is occurring is quite apparent (albeit with a feeling of helplessness).

Later in the GFFA timeline… when you’re being oppressed it is best to keep quiet, your head down, and not talk in public about your overlords with strangers or even people who you think you can trust - open or public criticism of your fascist oppressors (who are not opposed to killing, executing and interrogating opponents or ‘people who are in the way’) probably hasn’t and doesn’t go down too well…

When you say ‘Disney’ in the thread title… you mean the ‘Disney-era Star Wars content’, yes?
