Oh, and on the other prequels, TPM should have a CG Yoda, AOTC should have some of the "padme's parents' house" scene reinserted. And the original trilogy, Yoda should be all CG and Palpatine in ANH.

TPM should be a CG Yoda... No, but many others would agree with you.
AOTC should have Padme Parent Scenes restored... No, although some might agree with you. These scenes are already on the DVD's deleted scenes, and that's good enough for me.
Palpatine in the original movie... No, there's absolutely no reason. It would be completely gratuitous as he fits into the story no more than being mentioned as dissolving the Senate.
CG Yoda in OT... For goodness sake, NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Wash your mouth out with detergent!
