Yeah, in the ROTS(?) DVD commentary, Lucas makes a point of saying all the movies end with a purely musical scene, and this is true of 1-7 (the broom boy scene has the action figures bit and the alien shouting which arguably disqualifies it, but it’s in a similar spirit also).
In terms of script, I think the fact that the broom boy walks outside signifies a scene change, meaning that movie’s final scene is technically without dialogue as well.
