As much as I would like a Shaw ghost, the sad fact is that I think it would confuse a bunch of people under 30 who grew up on the DVDs and Blu-Rays (I say that as one of those people). I think it would honestly be best to try to find a recent film with Hayden and use the head from that to make it look as if it was a cameo shot just for this movie.
