Last night I woke up middle of the night VERY thirsty.
It was weird, because it took me a sec to figure out what this sensation was. I haven’t actually been thirsty in years! I’m constantly drinking water, so the feeling of thirsty just never happens anymore.
Or, rarely, I guess.
^ keep an eye on that…I have type 2 diabetes and excessive thirst is one of the early warning signs .If it continues , I would recommend seeing a doctor . I was diagnosed about 5 years ago and that was how it started for me .I could not stop drinking water .
