Hi, I've read the link to this information on the Willard movie board. I wanted to see the work print I heard about earlier and was at first excited when I saw this but now I read the messages and I'm not that excited any more. . . Does this mean that this torrent is not the work print but instead just some edited version taken from the DVD that simply adds the same deleted scenes from the DVDs special features? I hope I understood the description wrongly (editing something like that would be totally pointless wouldn't it?) but just in case it's not, can you torrent that real work print VCD instead?

You haven't misunderstood the posts, the thread you're posting in is about a recut of Willard that re-inserts many of the deleted scenes featured on the DVD. No, this is not pointless. The point was to reinstate deleted material to bring the movie back closer to the workprint, but in DVD quality. Since 95% of the differences between the theatrical cut and the workprint were featured as deleted scenes, the only reason to want to see the workprint is completeism.

Oh how I wish the deleted scenes were available in HD so a “remastered” version of this edit could be made from the blu-ray!
