Here’s an idea. Make Canto Bight on Tatooine.

After the Original Trilogy, the former backwater world of Tatooine became galacticlly renowned as the birthplace of Jedi Luke Skywalker. Even though Luke hated the place, tourism industries flourished and elite casinos replaced the backwater cantinas. Of course, these developments completely misses the point of what Luke stands for.

This is pretty easily accomplished by adding a random voice over for a broadcast, saying “Welcome to Canto Bight, the Jewel of Tatooine. Visit Jedi Master Luke Skywalker’s homestead, just 2 parsecs north!”

This ties brilliantly with the message of Luke’s arc (the many subplots of TLJ rarely touch each other) and also is extra special in regards to the Broom Boy scene, because he’s also on Tatooine.
