IT STILL BOILS DOWN TO PARENTS KEEPING TABS ON THEIR KIDS. I WATCH WHAT MY KIDS ARE DOING, BUT MANY PARENTS DON'T. I FIND A GREAT INSULT THAT THE COUNTRY THAT I LIVE IN FEELS THE NEED TO HAVE TO BE PARENTS TO ALL OF US. IT'S EVEN MORE OF AN INSULT THAT IT'S A BUNCH OF IRRESPONSIBLE PARENTS THAT HAVE PUT THE GOVERNMENT IN THAT POSITION.

If I was a parent I wouldn't let my kids play violent video games until they are 11 or 12 but thats just me and I might not ever have kids.

To counteract the threat of vg violence, we need more religious themed videogames? Perhaps one where you try to convert as many souls as possible before the rapture? Or perhaps a tie-in to The Exorcist.

I think you got a point, I mean, if we have christian rock and religiously-themed cartoons, why not christian videogames? The thing is: how to make such a game without ending hilariously ridiculous? I mean, what would it be? A Moses crossing the desert side-scroller? David vs Goliah Ultimate Fight? Perhaps a Jesus Christ adventure game: Opens the inventory, gets bread. Use it with disciples. Opens inventory, takes wine. Use wine with holy grail. Use it with disciples.

The closest thing I've ever seen is "Populous" and "Black & White", in which you play as gods.

All you have to do is tell them they are being attacked and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. Hm. There is a Left Behind-themed Real Time Strategy currently in the works for the PC. Check it out on Gamespot.

What would be the name of the game so I can find it?
