I tried Doctor M’s old guide from a decade ago, and I just can’t get the damn program to do its job.
Can anyone with a better hand in this direct me to a more reliable, still freeware option, or just do the upmixing themselves? I’ll gladly send the raw .ac3 I want upmixed. Thanks.
