Having seen the ‘film-with-live-orchestra’ concert versions of SW:ANH, SW:ESB, and SW:ROTJ, I know, for sure, that these are the 2011 cuts that are available on home version and digital platforms.

I’m leaving the comparisons of SW:TFA between the theatrical version, home video, and the film-concert version to someone else, as I don’t have the edits of these versions burned into my brain like I do with the ‘original’ trilogy.
