None of that is necessary. The ratio on the film itself is meaningless, especially considering that a scope film isn’t physically wide, and because the ratio is sometimes going to vary shot to shot.

Your question is already answered. The films were projected with a 2.39 gate, but the difference between 2.39 and 2.35 is negligible and semantics, therefore most references for the aspect ratio will label all scope films as 2.35 regardless. And most home video releases of scope films are 2.35 (either 1920x817 or 1920x816), though some use 2.40 (exactly 1920x800). Of course this is referring to 1080p resolutions.
