Honestly, I don’t like the whole “Jedi evaporate when they die” concept to begin with. Really, what’s the point of it? Judging by Anakin’s still-present-to-be-roasted-corpse in ROTJ, it’s not a necessary step for post-mortem existence. Is it to spare the bereaved funeral costs? Ridiculous.
Here’s further changes I’d make: When Vader slices Ben, his body’s bisected in gruesome fashion; when Yoda dies, Luke buries him.
