Seems like they're trying to steer away from big, bruiser teams and try to make it like the Olympics or the World Cup.

I can't wait to see it in action..

Anyone care to explain the icing rule? I hear its optional now? Or rather up to the linesman. Wasn't that up to the linesman before?
