If a force ghost Ben isn’t possible, would it be feasible to add the force bond sound somewhere into the Tatooine sequence (ideally a bit before the Luke and Leia moment) without it being too jarring/out of place?

The implication with the sound of course being that Rey and Ben’s force bond is still intact, even in death. This moment would provide the first reassurance to Rey that Ben is truly “with her” after his becoming one with the force. Similar to her communicating with the Jedi of the past, but more easily accessible and permanent due to their force bond.

I mean, it’s already a bit of a long shot to salvage Rey’s weird apathy towards Ben’s death no matter how you spin it. The force bond sound/force ghost idea might at least be enough to show why she isn’t quite as affected by his death as she probably should be. Perhaps because she already understands from the teachings in the Jedi texts that Ben will still “exist” within the force? Thoughts?
