Sorry to revive an old thread, but in case others come here like me from Google: What I ran into was the daily IP-based download limit from the file host site. You can check this by visiting the download link directly in a browser.
I just switched VPN location and went on my merry way, but you could also try to get a new IP from your ISP or just wait until the quota resets.
