This is supposed to be a list of changes to logos as seen on the Star Wars films (before the Sequel Trilogy, as no changes have been made to it YET). Stuff like the MPAA, Dolby, and THX logos in the credits will also count as well.

A NEW HOPE:
1977, 1978, 1979, 1981, and 1982 releases - 1953 20th Century Fox logo with Lucasfilm Limited in-credit notice - Dolby System and MPAA logos (Surprising that they didn’t use the recently updated Fox logo for the 1981 release)
1997 release - 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Dolby, MPAA, SDDS, Dolby Digital, DTS Stereo, and THX/TAP notice
2019 Disney+ Release - Bylineless 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 2015 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Closing logos same as 1997 release
THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK:
1980 and 1981 releases - 1953 20th Century Fox logo with Lucasfilm Limited in-credit notice - Dolby Stereo and MPAA logos
1997 release - 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - MPAA logo and THX/TAP notice (The Dolby Stereo logo is this time just an in-credit text)
2015 Digital Release - 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Same closing logos as 1997 release
2019 Disney+ Release - Bylineless 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 2015 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Closing logos same as 1997-2004-2011-2015 releases
RETURN OF THE JEDI:
1983 and 1985 releases - 1981 20th Century Fox logo with Lucasfilm Limited in-credit notice - Dolby Stereo and MPAA logos
1997 release - 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Dolby, MPAA, SDDS, Dolby Digital, DTS, and THX/TAP notice
THE PHANTOM MENACE:
1999 Releases - 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Dolby Digital, SDDS, DTS, THX, Silicon Graphics, MPAA logos, along with THX/TAP Notice
2012 3-D Release - 2009 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo (2012 3-D Variant) - I believe the same closing logos as the 1999 release were used, but the words “Released By Twentieth Century Fox” were changed to “Released By Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation”
2015 Digital Release - 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Same exact closing logos as the 1999 release
2019 Disney+ Release - Bylineless 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 2015 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Closing logos same as 1999 release
ATTACK OF THE CLONES:
2002 Release - 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - THX, Dolby Digital Surround EX, SDDS, DTS ES, and MPAA logos, as well as THX/TAP notice
Star Wars Celebration Europe II 2014 3-D Release - 2009 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo (2012 3-D Variant) - I believe the same closing logos as the 2002 release were used.
2015 Digital Release - 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Same exact closing logos as the 2002 release
2019 Disney+ Release - Bylineless 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 2015 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Closing logos same as 2002 release
REVENGE OF THE SITH:
2005 Release - 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Dolby and MPAA logos. This time, the THX/TAP notice isn’t included
Star Wars Celebration Anaheim 2015 3-D Release - 2009 20th Century Fox logo (still with the News Corporation byline, despite the 2013 split) with 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo (2012 3-D Variant) - I believe the same closing logos as the 2005 release were used.
2015 Digital Release - 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Same exact closing logos as the 2005 release
2019 Disney+ Release - Bylineless 1994 20th Century Fox logo with 2015 Lucasfilm Limited logo - Closing logos same as 2005 release
CARAVAN OF COURAGE:
So far, the only release I know the logos of is the DVD release, which does have the logos from the pre-1997 release of “Jedi” but with the 1997 20th Century Fox fanfare.
BATTLE FOR ENDOR:
It only begins with the green Lucasfilm Limited in-credit notice from the previous film. The FOX logo does not appear here.
THE CLONE WARS:
All releases I know of begin with the 2003 Warner Bros. Pictures logo, along with the 1997 Lucasfilm Limited logo. All I can make out from the closing credits footage on YouTube is the MPAA logo, along with logos for Lucasfilm Animation and Warner Bros. Pictures. I have not checked if the Disney+ print keeps the Warner Bros. references or not.

Correct me if I have a few false things here.
