OKAY, I'M PRETTY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DVD. RR SAID IN SEVERAL INTERVIEWS THAT HE HAD TONS OF SPECIAL FEATURES AND DELETED SCENES TO PUT BACK INTO THE MOVIE. WHAT DID WE GET ??? WE GOT A TEN MINUTE FEATURETTE ON THE MAKING OF THE MOVIE. WE DID GET DIGITAL 5.1 AND ANAMORPHIC WIDESCREEN, BUT THAT'S IT. WOW, WE GET TO CHOOSE FROM FOUR DIFFERENT COVERS !!!
IS THE MOVIE REALLY WORTH THIS PISS POOR DVD ??? I WOULD SAY YES, BUT I STILL BELIEVE THAT RR WILL DELIVER A KICK ASS 2-DISC SET LIKE HE SAID BEFORE. SADLY, I HAVE NO NEWS ON WHEN SUCH A SET WILL BE RELEASED.THIS IS A BUY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOR THE 2-DISC SET TO BE RELEASED. OTHERWISE, THIS IS A RENTAL.

BTW, SIN CITY: A DAME TO KILL FOR WILL START FILMING IN JANUARY OF 2006. I WOULD IMAGINE THAT WE'LL GET THE 2-DISC SET RIGHT BEFORE THE RELEASE OF THE SEQUEL.

It's got 5.1 DTS which is all that matters to me, which i have a feeling they're gonna leave out on the 2 disc due to space restrictions.
Other than that im waiting for the directors cut of these 3 stories.
There were numerous scenes that were left out, and RR has already said they will be included on a later edition.
Unless he surprises us and throws that on the 2 disc.
thats what im hoping for!

Watch at your own risk...of dying of laughter and the inevitable head-scratching "huh?"
I took my wife to A Lot Like Love and we had a good time. We liked it. There was a lot about that movie that was reminiscent of our own relationship and what we went through before we finally got together.
