This is a hard one, because there are many issues with this movie, but removing them could possibly make the already fast pace even more frenzy. If possible, these are the edits I would suggest:

Keep Rey as a nobody instead of being Palpatine’s granddaughter, which makes no sense. Make it just so her parents sold her to protect her, but she doesn’t have the Emperor’s blood.
Cut Death Star technology from Palpatine’s fleet and the destruction of Kijimi (I still can’t believe they made a movie with a thousand Death Stars)
Delay the reveal Chewbacca was alive
Cut the creepy conversation between Lando and Jannah in the end
Cut Maz giving Chewie a medal
