At the top of my head this are some of the most urgent changes.

-Rey Palpatine is horrible, just awful, so late in the game and unnecessary.

-Lando saying to the horse girl “LETS FIND OUT TOGETHER” or something like that. He sounded like an old pervert.

-Luke lifting the X-Wing and the saber. Why Force Yoda and Force Obi-Wan did`t help Luke to defeat Vader if they can lift stuff and such after dead? Breaks OT.

-Finn screaming way too much without doing nothing, it gets repetitive. Cut him saying that he has a secret to Ray too. Why. WHYYY.

-Put the Fortnite Palpatine message in there somehow.

-Cut the “they fly now”, is a must do.

-I wish we could cut Force Han, but is like Save Martha. Very hard task.
