I agree 100% with RogueLeader, for the blood tie we should create a dialogue where Palpatine reveals to Rey that she is Han’s daughter and that Han was Palpatine’s hidden son on Correlia, since in Solo we learn that this is not the original surname of Han, we can imagine the dyad Palpatine + Skywalker more intense for Kylo since it would be a mix of the two families, which in the end are as powerful as each other in the force, what do you think? Personally I don’t think Rey should be a biological Palpatine at all. She shouldn’t have any important blood ties in my opinion.
