As for the audio issues, I actually misremembered the scene, it was the first scene of Palpatine’s apartment. There was one noticeable cut after Yoda says ‘Seeing you alive, brings warm feelings to my heart’, as well as after Palpatine says ‘Master Kenobi’.

The only other problem in that area was the transition from the elevator to the brief flashback.
