So upon completing the download of 4K77 the MKV file of the films audio is in another language? Not entirely sure what I’m doing wrong as I’ve followed the basic steps to download. Help me (Obi-Wan Kenobi) you’re my only hope!

Yep, exactly. The player you’re using doesn’t support DTS-HD MA, which is the way the default English audio tracks are encoded, so it’s defaulting to a random non-English track.
Try using MPC-HC or VLC or MPV as a player. Windows default media players likely won’t do you much good.
