Nah. It’s great as a fun standalone project, but putting it into the movie would be a bad idea, because it would stick out like a sore thumb. The point of fan edits is that you aren’t supposed to notice that you’re watching a fan edit: the point is that you’re supposed to feel like you’re watching a real movie. I’d just update all the visuals, clean up the grain and noise, color-correct the “pink” skin tones, and also improve the VFX, matte paintings and models throughout the trilogy to be more in line with Rogue One and the sequel trilogy.
