Try a different media player, like Media Player Classic or MPV. Chances are the one you are using now, e.g. Windows Movies & TV Player, doesn’t support DTSHD-MA Audio tracks, so it skips those and plays the first track it can play, which might be in a different language.
Usually, you can right click in the player and select a different audio track - there should be other English tracks that your player can play.
