Star Wars: Episode VII - Legacy of the Force

Luke Skywalker has vanished after a former student, Kylo Ren, destroyed his Jedi temple. In the absence of the Jedi, Imperial sympathizers have seeped into the Republic, allowing the First Order to rise. Led by the fallen angel Kylo Ren, it now conquers the galaxy, trying to re-establish the Empire.

Rumor has it that Luke has returned to the first Jedi temple on Ahch-To, and General Leia Organa, working with a paramilitary Resistance hell-bent on destroying the First Order, hunts down the long-forgotten map to the ocean world, and has tracked down the final piece to Jakku. However, so has Kylo Ren.

The movie would go the same, until the Battle of Takodana. After Rey is taken. They go right to Star non-Killer Base. Han dies, they have the snow fight, and go to D’Qar. But, Han was right. If he could find the Falcon, so could the First Order. They evacuate just as Rey leaves to Ahch-To

The scenes of Rey meeting Luke are all in a row here. Most of the Last Jedi plays out normally, although Finn and Rose just go home after they get put in the Canto Bight prison, for time. They tell Poe it’s a failure, and that’s when his plan for an insurrection begin.

It keeps going normally until they land on Crait, where the rest of the Last Jedi would play out.

It would probably end there as a 2-in-1, though. That’s a pretty strong resolution and already a long runtime.
