Luscafilm should definitely release the Holiday Special on DVD - they could even include a small hammer with every copy, just so Lucas can fulfill his wish to destroy every copy.
And why hasn't Lucas given this the special edition treatment it deserves? How hard can it be to CGI a black rectangle over the entire screen for an hour and a half?
