Coov - That Topps trading card cover is one of the most original things I've seen in a long time. I'd love to see a complete set.

Yes... I have every intention on making a full set of these. I didn't know how they would turn out so I kinda sat on the concept for a bit. It turned out way better than I thought! At least I know there is a little interest out there to motivate me.

Actually, I think having the "crawl" on the back in plain text is a stroke of genius. That and the fact there are no extraneous logos (except the DVD logo) or spec sheets or screenshots makes the entire "wax pack" approach to the cover much more believable...

I was wondering, did Rikter make a cover for the LD Demo disc yet? I could have sworn I saw one, but can't find it (I thought it was one of the white ones). How often is the cover torrent updated to include the new ones on here? Also, does it include disc labels along with the covers? I plan to buy some cases and inserts to make covers soon, but at least right now I very much want to make a label for the Demo disc. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Very nice, good call on the K.I.S.S. approach. One question though: Would the ROTJ cover look better with the other poster art (the one with the "metal-bikini Leia") or am I off-base here?

How about using this UK cinema poster for the Jedi dvd cover.
I think it fits in quite well with the other two, seeing how the ANH and ESB are the UK cinema posters!

OK... I made the change. I have been looking for that particular image in a higher res for these... so thanks!

I wanted to wait and hear some feedback before I uploaded them. I think since there are just 3, I will upload them on the grisan site... I just didn't want to have 87 versions of 3 covers like I did with the 6 leather ones.

I compromised a little bit with the Star Wars star-burst for the sake of unity... but I wanted everything else to be as official looking as possible. This is basically the same layout that these cards had for the front. I used the most recognizable, yet workable for this set, and the ESB cards had the logos, and the ANH and ROTJ did not. I used the ANH "yellow border", the ESB "blue border", and the ROTJ "blue border." I just kinda swung the backs to make them work.

if you can thicken the spine, or get a multi disc case that is the same size as a regular case it would work nicely for a 3/4 disc box set

Long time lurker.

So I know this is probably a dumb question. But I have reread the last 5 or 6 pages of posts and I still can’t understand if the DVD artwork for
"Rowman's Ultimate Supplemental Collection" are avilable for download some where or am I jumping the gun?

From what I understand, Rowman intended for the Bonus Discs for 4, 5, and 6, to be, essentially the 2nd discs for the EditDroid collection. Same menu design and everything. So you probably wouldn't NEED a case, you'd just get a 2-disc case for the editdroids, and put the Rowman bonus discs for 4, 5, and 6 in those.
