It is the worst change of ESB, which in my mind makes it the least offensive SE.
Maybe someone can edit the scene of Vader travelling with a Lambda shutte with the old dialogue and less pacing issues.

The worst change was Fett’s voice, but this was a close second. Obviously only done by Lucas to add in that (very awkward) deleted scene so they could say hey, we made more cool changes for when the SE was released in 97. That’s all. Awful change/edit.

The new dialogue really feels like a studio note to explain to the audience what is happening. It’s weird that it came from Lucas and 17 years after-the-fact.

It might just be the result of a different sound mix being used, just like “you’re lucky you don’t taste very good” vs. “you’re lucky to get out of there” and “trust me” vs. “I can see a lot better now.”
