I'm not a Philly native and I've only visited the city once, but I agree completely with Warbler... Rocky is not pure crap nor should it be equated to Titanic. These are completely different movies. Rocky is one of the best "little man takes on the big man" movies of all time. Titanic was just a bastardization of historical fact. The only thing that Rocky really has going against it are its sequels (although I do enjoy several of them, the fact that there are so many is disturbing) and Talia Shire. Never did like her.
