Because once I edited the listing to reflect V6, they have said ‘pending moderation’ since. I alerted [someone in an admin role] about a week ago.

Okay. Just curious. I hope the information will pop up again. I noticed about a year or two ago that a similar situation happened with your edit of Episode VII on the site.

The name’s Lawson. Noah Lawson.

I had a free night last night, so I went on my Exercise Bike and watched COD v.6.

One word to sum it up: WOW.

It is a big improvement on V5. COD for me has been a big improvement on TPM, there is no doubt on that. In comparison to Hal’s trilogy, it was the weaker of them since it seems things were trimmed a bit too much. But with V6, it helps return some scenes and moments but still giving them the “proper” trim.

Also, reinventing the Pod Race scene back to its former glory. (With the added Subulba Vent Scene was nice.)

You added back some of the humor with Jar Jar but made sure it didn’t go too far. Nicely done.

Also what stuck out too was adding a few of Anakin’s lines in the space battle was a nice addition too.

Hal, amazing work and I look forward to your updates on the other movies as well.

where did you watch it?

Where can I get a copy of cloak of deception.

Hal will send you a private message linking to his Google Drive, which contains all of his fan edits.

The unfortunate reality of the Star Wars prequel and Disney trilogies is that they will always be around. Forever. They will never go away. It can never be undone.

I also prefer to be referred to as “TNT”, not “Freezing”.

Was wondering if I could get a copy of your fan edits Hal.

I love Hal’s latest signature 😄

PM me for links to my edits; apparently, some feel shy about this.

I’d love for SirRidley to make a version of the crawls with the actual titles if possible. Would be cool to have both versions for those who prefer the original titles.

I’ll consider it! Others have asked for that as well. I doubt Hal would make a separate edition of the films just to change a few words, but maybe he could have the crawls with original titles as separate downloads that could be edited into the films by those who want them.

Sorry for bumping this subject if it’s any bother to any involved, but did this happen? I’d love to get the new, perfect crawls with the original titles.

It hasn’t happened yet, but thank you for reminding me. I’m not sure if/when I will get to it, but I’ll keep it in mind.

I am running out of space, so I probably wouldn’t release a whole alternative slew of encodes, but if Ridley wants to render alternate crawls I would host them for anyone wishing to cobble them into the edits themselves.

My stance on revising fan edits.

Why not just create a new Google account to store more information and edits?

Because mine is a function of Google being my ISP. A new one wouldn’t hold much.

Plus I’m not in a place where the extra hassle of doing a whole new set of encodes of all three films (12 total) would be trivial. BUT, like I said, having those alternate crawls available on their own is more than okay with me.
