Apparently, the rights have expired for these and VH1 no longer airs them. Some of them were really interesting and I’d like to see them again, and I’m wondering if anyone has done preservations? It’d be a shame if they all just disappeared. Some are on YouTube & Daily Motion, but not many. 😕
IIRC, footage from the Rocky Horror episode was on the original two disc RHPS DVD from the early 2000’s.

Yeah, I have that 2 DVD set. The original Saturday Night Fever DVD also has a truncated version of the BTM doc, and I think I have the David Cassidy episode on VHS somewhere (and it’s also on YouTube). But I’m looking for some of the other episodes, mostly from season 2 (1998), specifically the KC & The Sunshine Band episode (which has gained a bit of notoriety in the years since).

They don’t update the actual list very often. You have to go down to the comments. You’ll see that the full episode was posted twice in the comment section but the links are dead. That’s why I said ask in the comments for someone to reupload it 😃.

I was trading records online a couple of years ago with someone who works for Viacom (or what used to be Viacom), and he not only has access to all of the episodes, but all of the unused footage/outakes! He of course told me he wasn’t able to share anything with me, but I imagine there are some less scrupulous people working there. 😉
