An ideal edit of this scene would have Zam’s speeder pull up to the window, doing away with the droid entirely. That way she just tries to shoot into the room herself, and when Anakin leaps out of the window he lands on the back of her speeder. After that there’s an extended bit of him trying to hold on to the speeder, and when he drops his lightsaber Obi-wan catches it in what could be a bit of audience cheer moment.
