it may be a week to 10 days before the copies get out the door--i have family in town and won't have much burning time.
i've offered to send them discs free of charge if they'll pay forward to other OT.com members--i assume this is how paying forward works.
so hopefully anyone else who needs a copy will hear from these folks soon via PM or this thread.
