I think it’s safe to assume that any planet not in the Hoth ‘solar system’ would take years to reach on sublight engines, so unless Hoth, Bespin, and Dagobah were all in the same solar system Luke would have to have had hyperdrive on his X-wing. My headcanon is that Bespin is in the same solar system as the planet with the rebel base, and this is actually referred to as the ‘6th planet of the Hoth system’ in the movie so both the rebel base and Bespin are technically in Hoth.
