Although… Star Wars has already introduced time travel as canon, AND used it as a way to bring dead characters back to life (Ahsoka).
Indeed: Rebels seasons 3 and 4 were so bad…
(and Palpatine was lame in season 4 ending)
(seasons 1 & 2 were quite good though)
